The client pays us one payment of 1500 GBP per worker recruited by JDMercury.
The client takes the resposibilities for calculate and deduct for the workers TAX and NIC and paying the salary into workers account.
The JDMercury takes the responsibility to replace provided staff if needed (in terms of contract) while the period of first two month after the beginning of work.
