JDMercury take the responsibilities

To calculate and deduct for the workers TAX and NIC and paying the salary into workers account.

To provide the client with proper staff within two weeks, after getting full information in order.

To replace the staff if needed (in terms of contract).

To provide the employees with the all information about:

• meals
• acommodation
• special clothes
• transportation

*in special cases JDMercury is also able to provide employees with mentionedabove, if needed

The client takes the responsibilities

To inform JDMercury on following issues:

• Description of Services required
• Personnel required (number and relevant qualifications and experience)
• Location
• Accommodation provided (option)
• Board (option)
• Requested start date
• Additional requirements

To provide outsourced staff with the workplacement with appropriate.
